The goal of this message is not to break news, but to remind you of increasing rhetoric in this country. As Iowans, please model the “Iowa Nice” image we’re known for today. Please help others reduce the temperature and avoid lashing out against not just your fellow Iowans, but your fellow Americans. Avoid guessing. Wait for details before making judgements. It’s our hope this senseless act is the catalyst for a unified country.
