Her baking started at the age of ten when she was making “Rachel cookies” from recipes that she found on Google and her grandma’s inspiration. Now, her cookies are selling straight from her home to you. After months of planning, Dessert Doc became a reality and has been in the area selling cookies and cakes for a little over a year.
Rachel uses every minute of her day to fulfill her love of being organized while still being able to create. “I really like to design each cake and use my creative side,” says Lucs. This process starts every other day at 4 AM! The cookies are made, and then a run and then off to work where she helps change lives.
