With over 200 employees across four locations, traditional leadership methods were no longer effective. Thus, they embarked on a director-level transformation, enabling leaders to concentrate on their strengths while delegating tasks best suited for others.
Jim reminisces about the days when he was mired in day-to-day operations, draining his energy and leaving his phone out of battery by 10:00 AM. The shift towards accountability has proven instrumental in driving meaningful progress. Distinguishing between busyness and productivity has been transformative for the organization.
